Report focus: the Feedback Report

The Feedback Report is a new addition to the Care Advantage assessment report suite. This two-page report describes the participant’s personality profile (based on the Big5) and strengths in relation to six career traits. It is derived from the participant’s answers to the personality assessments.
When to use this report?
- For team building activities: to get more insight into one’s work style
- During the performance review process
- As part of training/coaching activities
- For a supervisor to get insight into their employees’ strengths and work style
- As a thank-you for current employees who applied for another job internally
