Report focus: the Leadership Identifier

The Leadership Identifier Report is one of our most popular reports for supervisory roles. This two-pager report is useful to identify strengths and opportunities in leadership characteristics and is particularly useful for pre-employment screening as it also includes targeted behavioural-based interview questions. The report is derived from the participant’s answers to the Personality Assessment and the Cognitive Assessment (if included). The report has been written in a balanced manner, keeping in mind the pre-employment screening requirements however it also provides useful context for any skills-based leadership training.
